Biography

Janet Yang, aged 69, has been appointed as an independent non-executive director and a member of the Audit Committee of the Company with effect from 20 February 2024. Ms. Yang is a Founder and President of Janet Yang Productions since 1998. She is a film producer and the former President of the Academy of Motion Pictures Arts and Sciences which ends in July 2025. She also serves as a member of the Committee of 100, a leadership organization of prominent Chinese-Americans. Ms. Yang graduated from Brown University with a bachelor’s degree in International Relations in June 1978 and graduated from Columbia University with an MBA in Business Administration in June 1984. She was also a visiting student at Harvard University in East Asian Studies from 1976 to 1978.
